'Hi Bruce, Big Gaz here. Just to let you know that the better half and the daughter have just returned from Prana in Castle Douglas. So can I say a big thanks to you and West Sound for your 21st birthday ideals deal. They r buzzing with the service they got and would highly recommend it 2 any1. 1st they had a ritual massage (if I knew that I would have gone) sheer relax heaven. Then their nails shaped and polished followed by their hair washed and styled whilst having a cappucino. The staff were great, pleasant and very welcoming. They treat them like royalty (which is just as well cause Pam thinks she's the queen most of the time). They say they feel like a new woman (but I don't think so just the same woman but with better looking hair) Best £21 i've spent 4 a long time. THANKS. BIG GAZ.'
