Appointment availability

Please contact the salon for appointments. It is important to us that our guests enjoy their experience at Prana...Hair and Beauty please allow yourself time to relax after your treatments to enjoy one of our available refreshments. We have allowed ample time before your room is re-booked for you to get the most out of each of your Salon visits.

If you are running 15 minutes or later for your appointment we suggest you give us a call as the service may have to be rescheduled.

Cancellation policy

12 hours notice of cancellation is required or a 50% charge will be made.

Package deposits are non-refundable unless 5 days notice is given of cancellation.

To confirm bookings a deposit or credit/debit card number will be requested.

Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Consultations

Any consultation charges are redeemable against the cost of treatment if booked on the day. On your first visit to Prana...Hair and Beauty please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete a lifestyle questionnaire and relax and enjoy complimentary refreshment.

Courses

We advise courses for some of our treatments for optimum results. Discounts will be given on all courses that are prepaid in full.

Lifestyle memberships

We encourage our guests to take out a membership to achieve the most benefit from their visits to Prana...Hair and Beauty. Regular treatments are much more effective for your wellbeing than one off visits. We are happy to customise memberships both for treatments, nails and hair to suit your own personal requirements. Please talk to us as you will not only reap the benefits in terms of how you look and feel - your pocket will thank you too as all our memberships are well discounted to reward our special guests.
