Reflexology

A reflexologist works on points on the feet, lower leg or hands, however, reflexology may also be performed on the ears and face.

Reflexology is a very easy treatment to receive - the most clothing that you will have to remove will be socks and shoes. The therapist will then use their hands to apply pressure to the feet and lower leg, hands, ears, or face, dependant upon the type of reflexology chosen.

After one or two treatments, your body may respond in a very noticeable way. Most people notice a sense of well-being and relaxation. 

Treatments are available at Prana with Patricia Archer of equilibrium reflexology.  Pat is an experienced, professional and fully qualified Reflexologist practicing in Castle Douglas.  Treatments of 1 hour are available on Mondays between 9am and 5pm or at an alternative time by arrangement.  Treatments cost £30.  Please telephone the salon for an appointment.
